Dress Cleaning - Terms and Conditions

  1. General

You can find full information and policies regarding all dress purchases here. Please ensure you have read these, as well as the following terms relating to your dress cleaning agreement.

As you can understand, cleaning a wedding dress is different to a normal dress, we have to consider that there are often several layers of fabric, boning, delicate tulle, beading and sparkles. Each dress is so different that each time our processes have to adapt to the dress. 

  1. Responsibilities

The products we use are safe and have so far, worked wonders on most fabrics we have cleaned however, while we take pride in our attention to detail and we do our very best to have your dress looking brand new again, often there are some stubborn stains/marks that even we/our products can’t get out. We therefore, can not guarantee results as each dress/fabric layer varies significantly.

We invite you to look over your dress upon completion of cleaning to make sure you are happy with it. If you aren’t satisfied with the results, please let us know straight away. 

  1. Things to consider

Please be aware:

  • that if your dress is sparkly, through the cleaning process, glitter/sparkles do fall out if they are not stitched onto the dress. This is something that is unavoidable. [Note: it does not usually remove the sparkle completely]
  • we have to remove any belts/ribbons when cleaning the dress.
  • we are unable to use some of our cleaning products on silk. If your dress is silk or has any silk layers, please talk to us about your cleaning options. 
    1. Invoices/payments
    • You will be sent an invoice for our services on completion of cleaning. 
    • Your invoice must be paid prior to/at the time of collection of your dress. 
    • Payment methods:
      • Eftpos
      • Bank transfer
      • Cash
      • Credit card (additional fees apply)

     

    Additional credit card fees: 

    • 1.50% for Visa, Mastercard Domestic and UnionPay Credit Card Present, and Contactless Transactions.
    • 2.50% for Visa and Mastercard International Credit Card Present Transactions.

     

    1. Privacy and safety

    Your privacy is important to us. All personal information provided is secure in our database. 

    1. Complaints policy

    If you have any complaints, please put them to us by email hello@no10bridal.co.nz. 

    We will aim to respond to any complaints within 5 days of receiving your complaint so any issues can be addressed/rectified where possible.

    1. Acknowledgement

    Upon completion of your online agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms as noted above.
